Yes, you have a choice to use the same design on all four sides of the topper and the valance, or you can use different designs on each of them.
Can we only purchase the tent if we already own a frame that we previously purchased?
Without a doubt, yes. Just be sure that GraphicsZilla is the only source for the hardware you bought. We cannot guarantee that our tent will fit on a frame made by a different company.
In such a scenario, check with the customer support team before making a purchase.
In what way should the tent be cleaned?
You should avoid using the cleanser because of the coating on the fabric.Do use water, a gentle sponge, and non-detergent soap to clean your tent.
Is it possible for the hems to match the tent's color?
Indeed, we will select the same-colored hems according to the tent's ground color. In the unlikely event that we run out of the same color thread, we will sew using either white or black thread, which complies with the colors of every tent.
What's your turnaround time on the canopy tents?
Your turnaround time starts once you have approved the email proof and completed the payment process.
