Frequently Asked Questions

What type of image file should I use while creating a logo or clip art?

Vector file formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF are the best options to use for logos or clip art. The reason is that vectors can be resized without losing their clarity. Therefore, regardless of the size you need your design to be, a vector file will maintain its quality. So, whether you need your design to fit on your favorite backdrop or a billboard, using a vector file will ensure that your design remains sharp and clear.

GraphicsZilla does not have a color limit, allowing you to choose as many photos or graphics as you want on your displays/banners/backdrops,etc.

When printing, do you use the "H x W" (height by width) or "W x H" (width by height) format?

For all of our products on the website, we use the standard measurement format of "width by height," abbreviated as "W x H." This means that in our measures, the breadth comes before the height.

We print in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) color mode, which is the standard for full-color printing. If your design includes Pantone colors, please convert them to CMYK before uploading your file.

Do I get color matching for my prints?

We understand that color matching is essential for some projects, and we make every effort to print colors as closely as possible. However, we want to be upfront about the fact that attaining precise color matching can be difficult due to factors such as monitor calibration and material limits. We aim for the finest color representation in our printing technique and materials, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Which technology are you using for printing?

We use cutting-edge printing and finishing equipment, including a variety of printers with varying maximum resolutions. We use direct-to-fabric printing and dye-sublimation transfer technology for fabric items, while solvent and UV printing are used for banners and decals.
