Time starts when we have your print-ready files, approved proofs, and full payment.
If you skip proof approval, the clock starts upon getting your files and payment.
For unfinished digital files, the countdown starts once we receive acceptable print-ready files.
Pay, send files, and approve proofs by 3:00 P.M. PST for faster turnaround.
No production or shipping on weekends and holidays.
Includes printing, cutting, and binding, but excludes design, mailing, and shipping transit times.
Additional business days should be factored in for delivery, depending on the chosen shipping method.
The advertised printing turnaround time is based on typical completion under standard circumstances, excluding weekends and holidays.
We promise on-time printing for jobs with files, approved proofs, and payment.
GraphicsZilla LLC is not responsible for shipping costs if your order exceeds its due date. Please note that factors beyond our control, including the performance of shipping carriers, may impact the final delivery date. While we strive to meet our printing turnaround times, we want to be transparent about the limitations of our responsibility in instances where external factors contribute to delays in the shipping process.
GraphicsZilla LLC expressly disclaims any guarantees, making no explicit or implied promises beyond the potential replacement of purchased products. While GraphicsZilla LLC may consider repairing damaged products, such replacement or credit for the purchase price is not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not allowed once the purchase has been completed and/or dispatched. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be reported in writing within two (2) business days of the product being received. Only orders that were wrongly processed will be eligible for replacement. GraphicsZilla LLC will not replace orders that have been mistreated or mishandled by the buyer or items that have been partially used and are being returned.
All sales are final since each order is unique to the Customer.
In case of GraphicsZilla-verified errors, our commitment is to re-print the order, serving as the exclusive remedy for the Customer.
Customers must inform GraphicsZilla within 3 business days of receiving products if defects are discovered to avoid claim denial.
GraphicsZilla may request photos or product returns for proper issue identification and resolution.
For damaged packages, report to the delivery driver with photos of the damaged package and contents. Failure to provide documentation makes the claim and reorder the customer's responsibility.
GraphicsZilla ensures honesty and quality control, not assuming product misprints based solely on a customer’s word.
In the process of approving your order, the responsibility lies with you, the customer, for the creation, layout, and proofing of all content. GraphicsZilla LLC strongly recommends and accepts print-ready art, emphasizing that any errors in the final product—such as misspellings, graphics, bleeds, grammar, fonts, punctuation, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, finished product size, or inaccuracies in telephone numbers or addresses—are not the liability of GraphicsZilla LLC.
It's crucial to understand that GraphicsZilla LLC does not make alterations to customer files, underscoring the significance of thorough proofing and accuracy during the content creation phase.
We do not provide a guarantee for color matching or exact color prints. While our equipment is calibrated to achieve the closest match possible, slight color variations should be deemed acceptable, and they will not be considered production mistakes. Relying on our extensive experience, we exercise our best judgment to attain the optimal color outcome for each print job.
When an order reaches the "Approved" stage, it becomes irreversible, and cancellations are not permitted. We do not accept refund requests after a job has been accepted, as per our policy.
